What are your rates for shipping and how long does delivery take?

Right now, we cannot guarantee a set rate as pricing changes occur regularly with the volatile fuel prices. We do, however, try to offer you as many options with the best rates as possible with our courier partners. We are able to ship all orders nationwide.

With the exception of our larger items like beds which fall into an additional weight category.

We are always looking for and working with new shipping partners to try to get our rates down, so we will pass that saving on to you when we find the right solution.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order gets shipped and you can track it from there online or if we receive automatic updates from the shipping partner we will forward them to you if they don’t already let you know first.

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns for any custom-made products, but if you receive your order out of the box and something isn’t quite right, please get in contact straight away to discuss what we can do. Please also read our Returns & Refund Policy for more info.

Why do you have different lead times and why can’t I get all items straight away?

TREAT PRODUCTS
We will generally always have a product in stock if it is available to order. Sometimes we may bake a fresh batch for your order depending on our stock levels. We will communicate any delays, should there be any. Treats, in general, are ready to be shipped within 1 to 3 days, unless you have ordered other customisable items with your treats, then the lead time will depend on those items’ standard lead times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
As we offer different customisable products, we use various suppliers for them.

So each supplier comes with their own lead time which we have to factor in.
We also hand-make some of our in-house products ourselves (and by we, we mean one person) so things do take a little longer.
We would rather sell quality over quantity so we take the time to ensure things are done right.
